For some Text Files, it is essential to record the time the File was last changed, inside the File, maybe at the Start of the File, eg to keep track of Wiki Source Text at Archive.org (DV 18:55 G13 Dec 2025).

I'm not planning to tag MePedia:Open Main Page for Deletion.
