It's Something In The Blood
Hi Ron. I figured out it was Something In The Blood + what it is in 2007. The short answer is 2 types of Glycosylated Vitamin D. Possibly the same 2 chemicals which control Bear Hibernation. I'm interested in knowing their half lives (DV 08:00 G30 Sept 2023, 11:45 C12 Feb 2025).
Long Covid
Re Prof Warren Tate, University of Otago, New Zealand. W is on the record as stating that "Long Covid is Virtually Identical to CFS" (DV 4:10 B24 Dec 2024).
Explanation
Golgi/Hibernation Hypothesis. Watch this space (CT 6 June 2010). CFS is Chronic Human Hibernation, virtually identical to what Bears do. Part of my explanation for this, is that our Immune System evolved out of our Hibernation System, possibly starting about 800 million years ago. Vitamin D first turned up in plankton about this time. Bears don't sleep for 4 months during the Winter. Winter is more a time of reduced activity (DV 7:07 H10 Dec 2023).
Treatment
Strength Training, + Vitamin D Pulse Therapy, are effective treatments for CFS. I'll explain, what I've done, in due course. They may also be effective for preventing, + treating other medical conditions, especially VDPT, eg Fibromyalgia, Anorexia, Irregular Heart Beat, Itchy Ear Canal, etc.
Strength Training
Unless there is a good reason why not, Strength Training is something every CFS Sufferer should try. My experience was that I instantly felt better. My expectation is that if it will make you feel better, you will know immediately (DV 15:25 C12 Feb 2025).
Strength Training may be Effective for 10% of CFS Sufferers. Jan 2006. It certainly didn't cure my CFS, but made me feel 10x Better. I discovered this when I did some squats for a sore knee. The improvement lasted for 24 hrs, so I started split training, exercising above the waist one day, then below the waist the next. After 6 months, the effect was permanent. Modulates the Immune System. Prior to Strength Training I was Restless. I could never get comfortable. I'd feel like lying down, then when I did I'd still feel uncomfortable, + want to get back up. I felt the same way when I was 8 yrs old + had a Stomach Viral Infection (DV 9:00 G22 Feb 2025).

Symptom Treatment
Watch this space. Involves taking Vitamin D supplements, 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off, ie 8K IU (International Units) every 2nd Day, for 4 weeks; then stopping for 4 weeks; then repeat (DV G20 Sept 2023).
Vitamin D Pulse Therapy
Treatment Description: 6 Month, High Dose, Vitamin D Pulse Therapy. The pitfalls are Gnarly. 6MHDVDPTz treats the underlying cause of the condition. If you have CFS +/or Fibromyalgia, it is 100x better to try the latest version of this treatment, rather than do nothing. There is evidence that increasing relaxin concention in the blood, will increase the efficacy of this treatment. Watch this space (DV A09 Oct 2023).
Another Long Story Short.
If you measured the Vitamin D levels in your Blood, once/day, for a year; + plotted the results, you have just just drawn a Wave. The Shape of this Wave can be manipulated by taking calculated amounts of Vitamin D, on certain dates, again calculated, eg day 1, day 2 ... day 156, day 157. It has taken 18 yrs to develop this Treatment. I started late 2005. This is the way to Treat CFS/Long Covid. I estimate my Vitamin D Levels (DV 11:30 B9 Jul 2024).

I've viewed this site, at Archive.org, this year. A home page capture, from about 2010, is probably a good place to start. CFS sufferer, Frank Jenner, noticed, that sunlight exposure, made him feel better. What he didn't figure out, is that the reason, was increasing Vitamin D levels, in the blood. CFS sufferers symptoms are better when their Vitamin D levels are rising, + worse when their Vitamin D levels are falling. This is primitive hibernation. I'll explain why hibernation, + the immune system, are linked, in due course (DV G16 Sept 2023).

14 Nov 2014 to G9 Sept 2023. Forum offline. Wikispaces started charging + I couldn't figure out how to pay the subscription. On 31 Jan 2019 the whole site was taken down.
H10 Sept 2023. Forum posted at CFS.Fandom.com. I had a BU copy stored at GMail.
B12 Sept 2023. Forum shifted to EditThis.info/CFS/Main_Page. 10x better than F.c. Wiki Farm Model. Free. The Site had some Issues, the main one being Adverts. The MediaWiki Software used was 15 to 20 yrs out of date (DV 4:40 G21 Jun 2025).

There are Providers that will host a Website for Free, however I would describe going down this path as Clunky. Even when only paying a small amount, such as $US 4.48/month, the whole experience is A LOT better (DV 4:40 G21 Jun 2025).
A wiki is a powerful tool that allows multiple users to collaborate and share content rapidly. The best example of this is Wikipedia, which is powered by the exact same software that this wiki is!
