Early June 2004. CFS Triggered by catching a Circulating, Flu Like Illness. Everyone was making a Slow Recovery (DV 6:35 H16 Mar 2025).

4 Oct 2005 (approx). Vitamin D Tested. 30 nmols/litre (exact) (DV 11:40 C12 Feb 2025).

1 Nov 2005 (approx). Started Treatment for Vitamin D Deficiency. 50K/day, for 10 days (exact) (DV 11:40 C12 Feb 2025).

Nov 2007. Caught an unpleasant, Circulating, Flu Like Illness. Made my CFS significantly worse (DV 6:30 H16 Mar 2025).

2008. Lasting Relapse. More details on the way (DV 5:00 A23 Jun 2025).

March 2012 (approx). 150 nmols/l (approx) (DV 11:40 C12 Feb 2025).

Background. Mid July last year (2023) I was taken to Auckland Hospital (New Zealand) in a hurry, with Heart Muscle Disease. I never returned to my Flat, which I'd been living in for 18 yrs. It's been sold. Spent 5 wks seriously bedbound. They managed to get rid of 27 kg of Fluid, most of it coming off in the last week. Down from 90 to 63 kg. I'm 6ft 2 inchs (188 cm). Heart at 50%. The latest estimate from my current GP is that my heart is back to 90 %. I was up + quick to start walking after 5 wks. Another 5 wks in a Private Hospital in Auckland. Moved to a Private Hospital in Richmond, Nelson District, New Zealand, on 10 Oct 2023.

The delay with Posting on my Website is;

1. My Heath is still far from 100%. CFS is slowing me down, not Heart Disease, although saying this my Health has been better over the last 2 wks.

2. Involvement with Patients at the my Private Hospital.

12:52 G30 Dec 2023 I ordered 2x Vitamin D Test Kits Wednesday Evening from ZoomPharmacy.co.nz (Auckland, New Zealand). They arrived Fri am (Richmond, Nelson District, New Zealand). $NZ 12.14 each (On Special, usually $NZ17.00 each). $NZ6.50 delivery fee. SBM Smith BioMed. They are not accurate enough for my Research. They give 3 readings, 0-25 nmol/L, 25-75, + 75-250.

I also ordered some Vitamin D3 for my Summer Treatment Regime (Southern Hemisphere). Kogan.co.nz. It's coming from Melbourne, Australia. 1,200 Tablets. 1,000 IU each tablet. 200 Tablets/Plastic Bottle. 6x. Cenovis is the only brand I'm aware of that is supplied in Tablet Form. Other Brands come in Capsule Form. On 2 days/year I take about 375 Vitamin D Tablets or Capsules. Cenovis Tablets are ideal because they easily dissolve, eg in Yogurt. I'm already over 1 month late with my STR which shouldn't be too much of a problem. I was planning to start on 19 Nov. The Bottles are $NZ 16.92 each. Delivery Fee $NZ 30.98 for 6 Bottles (DV).

1:45 E1 Feb 2024. Tested +ve for Covid (DV 23:27 E1 Feb 2024).

23:11 E8 Feb 2024. Tested -ve for Covid (DV 11:45 H31 Mar 2024).

11:00 am approx F15 Mar 2024 (NZT). Vitamin D Test. Blood Sample Taken. Result = 153 nmol/L (Actual) (DV 6:52 C15 May 2024).

The Blood sample, was taken, at the Private Hospital, where I was staying at the time. (est = 181.58) The Actual was 28.58 nmols/l less than estimate (DV 11:40 C12 Feb 2025).

H23 Jun 2024. I started my 5 month June Treatment Cycle today. It ends on B26 Nov 2024 (DV 11:00 H23Jun 2024).

G21 Dec 2024. Unwell (CFS) (DV 10:50 G21 Dec 2024).

G4 Jan 2025. Msg to Joe Bloggs.

My Dec 2024 Treatment Regimine (The Spelling is Correct) may have made my CFS worse. Try a Google Search with "Regimine" enclosed in Quotes. I'm suspicious I've figured out why. I'm planning to correct the problem, starting with my June 2025 Treatment Regimine. Eventually I'll run out of mistakes to make. CT/DV 9:05 G4 Jan 2025 (UTC).

C12 Feb 2025. Blood Sample taken for Vitamin D Test. The Results will probably be about 2 weeks. Awanui Labs, Nelson Hospital, Nelson, New Zealand. Service Fee $NZ 26.00, Test Fee $NZ 76.00, Total = $NZ 102.00. I paid at the time, with a Credit Card. Vitamin D Tests are not funded by the NZ Health System. est = 167.76 nmols/l. actual = 165.0 nmols/l (DV 11:50 B15 Apr 2025).

E20 Mar 2025. Surgery on my Right Lower Leg to remove Basal-cell Carcinoma. An 11cm Wide x 7 cm High x 7-10 mm Deep (77.0 cm^2) piece of Tissue was removed, however some Microscopic Cancer remains (DV 14:00 G4 Oct 2025).

G18 Jul 2025. I may have Relapsed (CFS) (DV 11:00 H20 Jul 2025).

H20 Jul 2025. My CFS has been better since 6.00 pm, Sun (NZT) (DV 23:30 H20 (11:30 am A21 (NZT)) Jul 2025).

B22 Jul 2025. My CFS has been better since H15 Jun 2025, + seems to have been improving since this date. Busy Promoting my 2 Market Ready Effective CFS/Long Covid Treatments (DV 9:30 B22 (9:30 pm B22 (NZT)) Jul 2025).

H17 Aug 2025. I'm planning to make some minor changes to my Treatment Regimine, mainly from E27-11-25 to B23-12-25 (DV 20:00 H17 Aug 2025).

C1 Oct 2025. Re 20 Mar 2025 Surgery on my Right Lower Leg. The Wound has healed well, without a Skin Graft, 4.5 cm W x 2.5 cm H (11.25 cm^2, 85% healed) (DV 14:00 G4 Oct 2025).
